And highlights the importance of research through to reach an objective method in the selection process in the sport of swimming away from the selection discretionary self, which is often far from the scientific foundations which cause the loss of a lot of efforts as well as on the implications of the failures of sports, in order that the reaching objective selection process to achieve desired goals in promoting the sport of swimming and the achievement of excellence will inevitably lead to the achievement of those objectives.
