تم في الدراسة الحالية اختبار تأثير راشح الفطر Trichoderma harzianum حيث اتضح أن تركيز (20 مل راشح / لتر ماء مقطر) كان الأفضل في إعطاء نسبة هلاك للأطوار اليرقية (الثالث و الرابع و الخامس) لحشرة (الخابرا) Trogoderma granarium و بنسبة (7.8 %) بينما لم تظهر التراكيز الأخرى (10 و 15 مل راشح / لتر ماء مقطر) أي تأثير، و كان الطور اليرقي الثالث الأكثر حساسية حيث وصل معدل نسبة الهلاك غلى (12.8 %) في حين كان الطور اليرقي الخامس الأقل حساسية و بنسبة هلاك (1.7 %).
أما تأثير الفترة الزمنية على معدلات نسب الهلاك حيث بلغت تلك النسبة إلى أقصاها بعد مرور (6 أيام) من المعاملة بالراشح الفطري إذ بلغت (18.9 %) أما في اليومين الأول و الثاني فقد ظهرت اقل نسبة في التأثير على الأطوار اليرقية إذ بلغت (2.2 %) لليومين الأول و الثاني، أما التداخل بين الأطوار التي تمر بها الحشرة و الفترة الزمنية بعد المعاملة أعطى فيها الطور اليرقي الرابع أعلى نسبة هلاك في اليوم السادس من المعاملة بالراشح الفطري إذ بلغت (26.7 %).
Abstract EN
The aim of the present study was to test the effect of supernatant concentration of trichoderma harzyanum Fungus on best control.
The result showed that the concentration 20 ml/liter of dist .water was the most effective on Mortality percent of larval stages (3rd , 4th , and 5th ) of Khabra insect and it was 7.8% while the other concentrations (10 and 1s )ml /liter did not show any effect .
The third larval Stage was the more sensitive.
since the mortality rate reached 12.8% while the fifth larval stage was less sensitive (1.7 %) .
The effect of treatment period on mortality rate reached the maximum after 6 days of treatment (18.9% )while it was 2.2% after the first and the second day .
the interaction between the stages and period gave the 11th larval stage and the 6th day gave higher mortality rate (26.7%).
