Arabic Abstract

إن مشهد الظلام الذي كان ظله ممتدا على الشرق و الغرب و المعمورة، قبل البعثة النبوية، بعد ابتعاد الناس عن تعاليم الشرائع السماوية، فكان من لطف الله تعالى أن يأذن لآخر خليفة له في الأرض –و إن كان خلقه أولا من نور و آدم بين الماء و الطين- ليملأ الأرض رحمة و يبسط العدل و يعيد ما كان الناس نبذوه وراء ظهورهم و ما يناسب الشريعة الخاتمة، فيحل مشهد النور و يدحض الظلام، و ما كان من قبل للعلم من أهمية في حياة الأمم السالفة، كذا هو عند البعثة الشريفة، فالقرآن الكريم دستور العالم المتحضر فيه القصص ما كان من الأمم في غابر الزمان، و فيه آيات بينات لما سيكون في المستقبل، لأن الشريعة الإسلامية وجدت لتراعي الزمان و المكان و تتفق مع جميع الاتجاهات و الأفكار التي تصب في مصلحة الإنسان مع رضا الرب الرحمن، مع أن هذه المصلحة قد تكون فردية فضلا عن أنها جماعية حتى تتحقق العدالة ، فأن هناك ضوابط نظمت حقوق الفرد و واجباته في حياته و حتى مماته حتى يوم الحشر، و لأن هذه المصالح قد يتفق عليها البعض و قد يكون هناك خلاف، فقد جمع الباحث روايات مختلفة تعود لفترة قبيل و بعد وفاة النبي (صلى الله عليه و آله) (11-40 هـ) تبين اختلاف مواقف الصحابة السياسية من الخلافة و نظام الحكم، كما ذكر الباحث آيات من الذكر الحكيم و أحاديث الرسول الكريم (صلى الله عليه وآله) لغرض الاستشهاد بها و إتماما للفائدة، و الله من وراء القصد.

English Abstract

Before the prophet Mohamed's message, the scene of darkness extended over the east and west after the peoples distancing from the divine laws and instructions.

It is of God's kindness to send his last messenger in the earth –though he was first created from Adam's and Evils lightness of mud and water – to distribute mercy and justice all over the earth and to bring back what people had neglected behind their backs for years so as to replace darkness by lightness.This lightness stems from the prophet Mohammad's (peace be upon him and his family) message represented in the Holy Qura'n.

The Holy Qura'n is the low of the civilized people because it reviews a lot of ancient stories as well as anticipates what well happen in future due to the fact that Islamic laws are found to take into consideration time and place and they also agree with all the ideas and doctrines which profit human beings and do not disagree with God's instructions.

Although these interests might some times be individual or collective, and to implement justice ,there are certain rules (found in the Holy Qura'n) which regulate the individual's rights and obligations in his life and even when he dies till Doom's day.

Because these interests might be agreed or disagreed on the researcher collects a number of narratives which date back before and after the prophet Mohammed's (peace be upon him) death between (11 -40AH) which show the different political stands of the prophet's companions concerning the caliphate and the governing system .

moreover the researcher cites a number of verses from the Holy Qura'n and from the prophet's sayings to enforce the argument and the overall profit.
