استهدفت الدراسة الحالية دراسة التأثير المحتمل لمستخلصي الماء المغلي و البارد لأوراق نبات الخروع Ricinus communis في بعض جوانب الأداء الحياتي لحشرة بعوض Culex pipiens.
أوضحت النتائج أن مستخلص الماء المغلي كان أكثر تأثيرا من مستخلص الماء البارد في نسب هلاك الحشرة، إذ بلغ معدل نسب هلاك البيوض المعاملة بمستخلصي الماء المغلي و البارد 55.7 % و 41.8 % على التوالي بتركيز ٢٠ ملغم / مل، بينما أزاد معدل نسب هلاك الطور اليرقي مقارنة مع معدل هلاك البيوض و بلغ معدل نسب هلاك العذارى 53.6 % على التوالي عند نفس التركيز.
Abstract EN
The presnt study was conducted to evaluate the probable effects of Ricinus communis leaves aqueas extracts on some biological per formance of mosquito Culex pipiens.
Study rsults revrealed that hot water extract seems to be more effective than cold water extract.
Eggs mortality rate in hot and cold water extracts were ...5% and 8..4% respectively at concentration 02 mg/ml.
Larval mortalities rate was increase as compared with eggs.
The extracts of hot and cold water caused pupal mortality was 28.0% and ...2% respectively at same concentration.
