يعنى البحث بتحديد الحقائق و المشاكل التي تواجه التنمية الاقتصادية في العالم العربي و المرتبطة بالبحث العلمي و دور البحوث التطبيقية و التطويرية في اقتصادات الوطن العربي و الانتفاع بها و استثمارها كمشاريع إنمائية.
و هذا ما يبينه البحث بأن استثمار البحوث العلمية في الوطن العربي إما ضعيف جدا أو لا وجود له.
Abstract EN
Research is concerned with determining the facts and the problems facing economic development in the Arab world and related scientific research and the role of applied research and development in the economies of the Arab world and the use and development investment as projects.
This is what the research that the investment of scientific research in the Arab world either very weak or does not exist.
