درست التغايرات الفصلية للهائمات النباتية في خزان سد حديثة (منطقة التل الأصفر جنوب لبنان) ضمن دراسة حقلية واسعة للتعرف على تأثير تواجد المحار المخطط في مجتمع الهائمات النباتية في الخزان.
جمعت عينات المياه شهريا من منطقة الدراسة و للمدة من 15 / شباط / 2002و لغاية 18 / أذار / 2003.
سجل 55 نوعا تعود إلى 30 جنسا من الهائمات النباتية في منطقة الدراسة.
احتلت مجموعة الطحالب العصوية (الدايتومات) Vacillarophyta المرتبة الأولى من حيث عدد الأنواع المشخصة، و التي بلغت 32 نوعا، في حين جاءت مجموعة الطحالب الخضر Chlorophyta بالمرتبة الثانية (13) نوعا تلتها مجموعة الطحالب الخضر المزرقة (Cyanophyta بـ7 أنواع بالإضافة إلى نوعين تابعين لمجموعة الطحالب اليوغلينية Euglenaphyta و نوع واحد تابع لمجموعة الطحالب الدوارة Pyrrophyta.
تواجدت الأنواع sp Oscillatoria و Scenedesmus quadicuda Melosira granulate و Nitzschia palea و Navicula cragptocephala و Cymbella microcephala و Achnanthes minutissima و Synedra acus و Navicula sp و Scenedesmus dimorphus و Peridinium cinctum خلال جميع فصول السنة في منطقة الدراسة.
و وجدت قمة لكثافة الهائمات النباتية خلال فصل الخريف في مياه الخزان إذ بلغت 278×103 خلية / لتر.
أوضحت النتائج بأن هنالك انخفاضا في الكثافة السنوية العليا للهائمات بمقدار 35 مرة مقارنة بعام 1993 في خزان حديثة لنفس المنطقة.
استنتج من العمل بأن لتواجد المحار المخطط تاثيرا سلبيا في كثافة مجتمع الهائمات النباتية.
Abstract EN
Seasonal variations of phytoplankton community were studied at Haditha reservoir from 15/2/2002 to 18/3/2003 .Water samples were collected monthly to study the phytoplankton seasonally.
55 species of algae were identified at the location, including 32 species of diatoms (Bacillarophyta), 13 species of Chlorophyta, 7 species of Cyanophyta and two species of Euglenaphyta and one species of Pyrrophyta.
The species (Scenedesmus quadricuda, Oscillatoria sp., Melosira granulata, Nitzschia palea and Navicula cryptocephala) were recorded throughout the study period at the location.
Results showed there was a peak of phytoplankton density in autumn at the reservoir (278 x 103 cell/l).
Also the results suggested that there was reduction (35 times) in the high annual density of phytoplankton in this study compared with other studies (carried out throughout 1993) at Haditha reservoir in the same area .
As a conclusion , there was a negative effect of zebra mussel on the density of phytoplankton .
