It is not to doubt that administration is a reliable mechanism in the succcss of human action, for administration actually propels one foundation to achieve its own desired objectives.
Same like, the school administration is considered to be an important and efficient means in attaining a better life for people- individually and collectively.
However, accomplishing progress in developed countries is unreachable unless school-administration is able to make a well, based and quite-right educational process.
Here, principal's role becomes vital since the school takes the core-cell of the educational system and its uttermost purpose as well.
Therefore, Modem system of education requires highly competent and qualified education supervision represented in school administration.
And so, the principal needs to have a variety of skills that enable him/her to do their duties and then to face challenging troubles well properly.Because of that, this paper aims at recognize troubles that face Pub lie-High Schools' Administrations in the West Bank.
It is all to identify strong and weak aspects of both learning and teaching processes within the entirely educational operation.
It is after all to motivate strong aspects of strength, to make potential solutions for points of weakness and to develop the educational process in general.
Research's society includes the principals of public high schools in the West Bank, who are (241) male and female persons.
The sample of the research, which is made of (123) principals, is chosen categorically.
The researcher, therefore, developed a 49-paragraph questionnaire as a tool to examine closely those administrative troubles the administrations face on variable degrees.
The researcher intended to apply the tool only after proving its correctness.
For the sake of achieving research’s purposes, answers of participants were analyzed and then troubles gaining high averages were discussed.
Among these troubles are weaknesses of students in English, lack of air-conditions -heat and cool inside classrooms and too much note-writing tasks required from teachers which made them overworked.
Finally, the researcher recommends of the following points: (1) number of students in a classroom is to be limited to the extent that suits processes of learning and teaching in high-schools, (2) to enhance exchanged cooperation betw een school administration and local society, (3) to supply computers and (4) finally to conduct continuant training in using them which is necessary' in achieving desired educational objectives.
