تناولت الدراسة الحالية تحديد محتوى طحلب Cladophora crispate من البروتينات الكلية و استخلاص و تشخيص بعض الحوامض الأمينية في الطحلب بعد عزلة من قناة شط العشار و تقنيته و زراعته تحت ظروف مختبرية تمثلت بدرجة حرارة 25 ± 2 درجة مئوية و شدة إضاءة تراوحت بين 130-136 مايكرأنشتاين / م2 / ثا و لمدة 8 : 16 ساعة إضاءة : ظلام باستعمال المزارع الثابتة و استعمل الوسط الزراعي Chu-10 المحور لهذا الغرض.
بينت النتائج أن محتوى الطحلب من البروتينات الكلية بلغ 40.3 %.
أظهر اختبار طيف الأشعة فوق البنفسجية امتلاك المستخلص البروتيني للطحلب حزمة امتصاص واحدة عند الطول الموجي 230 نانومتر و بامتصاصية مقدارها 2.9.
تم تحديد بعض الحوامض الأمينية فيه و التي تضمنت الاسبارتيك و الفينايل ألانين و التربتوفان.
Abstract EN
The present study involves the determination of total proteins in the green alga Cladophora crispata, isolation and identification of amino acids.
The alga was isolated from Al-Ashar canal in Basrah.
The results indicated that the isolated alga was capable of growing on Ch-10 medium, the highest constant of growth K = 1.3, and the lower time of reproducing a generation G = 0.23.
The total protein content in C.
crispata was 40.3 %.
The proteins extract in algae show a shoulder at wave length 230 nm by absorption (2.9).
Concerning amino acids examined by using the thin layer chromatography method (TLC), it was noticed that the alga contains the amino acids Aspartic, Phenylalanine and Tryptophan.
