This study discussed the concept of contingency circumstances theory, its factors, and its terms in general.

It also pointed out scholars' opinions of revoking the rental contract as a result of contingency circumstances, and their dispute in realizing that.

The study also discussed the parts of contingency circumstances in two sections.

What is considered effective revokes the rental contract, and what is not considered effective.

The study was also enhanced by reviewing some applicable examples to clarify that
