Abstract EN

This study aims to allocate and analyze the conception and referential framework of the informative speech of his majesty king Abdullah Bin Al-Hussein the Second, since the problem of this study is focuses or the thought and referential framework of his majesty king Abdullah and it’s effect in crystallizing this precious personality in it’s developed thought, leadership, policy, and being distinguished through its informative speech researcher.

In order to answer that, a scientific method should be used to deal with this problem, so the used the theoretical method and the analytic descriptive method, The study aimed to answer the giving questions, and many conclusions, were derived, too.

His majesty King Abdullah has many characteristics and thoughtful feedback frame, which cnabled Him to achieve this high class and distinguished level.

He is trying his best to develop and shape this leadership manner.

While dealing as the situation needs, and community characteristics until the leadership becomes effective, facing the crises and the king has an extra ordinary efficiency in communication process, adjusting with the causes, and standpoints to take a decision.

These informative politics speeches are crystallized in all formal meeting up to the height levels.

In addition there were many influences of his majest'ys speech of, as the religious and historical legitimacy which he owns, and his compliances with the Arab common framework.
