It lead to weaken Government financial supervision, and uncontrolled accounting, and the extention in stock exchange and coin saleing, and the crisis lead to thinking of changing the Capitalist capitalist Finance system, flowing money in the financial market, decreasing of interest, and guaranteeing of deposit account, The pocedures could be regarded as temporary solution, while the practical and functional solution is the application of the Islamic Economy system, and creation of Islamic financial Establishments, by full dependence on Islamic formula in financing.
