تم وضع منهج بسيط و حساس و سريع نسبيا لفصل و تركيز أيونات المعادن الثقيلة من عينات مائية و قياسها بمساعدة طيف الامتصاص الذري.

و قد بني هذا المنهج على امتصاص أيونات النيكل, و الزنك‘و النحاس‘و الكادميوم, على N و N – دي اسيتيل -4- برومو 2- و -6 دي (امينو ميثيل) فينول (DBDP) المحلل على الكربون المنشط.

و غسلت كمية المواد المعدنية المركبة ب 6 ملي لتر من حامض نتريك 4 مولار (HNO3).

و كان حد الكشف للأيونات باستخدام – دي اسيتيل – 4 – برومو – 2 و 6- دي (امينو ميثيل) فينول ليونات النيكل, و الزنك, و النحاس, و الكادميوم كما يلي : 1.9μg/ml , 2.4μg/ml 2.5 μg/ml و 2.1 μg/ml على الترتيب.

و قد استخدمنا هذا المنهج بنجاح في تحليل عينات من الخضروات و عينات مائية (استعادة أكثر من 97 بالمائة و شذوذ المقاييس أقل من 2.2 في المائة).

Abstract EN

A sensitive, simple and relatively fast method has been developed to selectively separate and concentrate trace amounts of heavy metal ions from aqueous samples for measurement by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.

The method is based on the adsorption of Ni, Cu, Zn, and Cd on N, N’-diacetyl-4-bromo-2, 6-di (aminomethyl) phenol (DBDP) loaded on activated carbon.

The metals content on the complexes are eluted using 6 ml 4 M HNO3.

The detection limits by three sigma for analyte ions were 2.5 μg mL-1, 2.4 μg mL-1, 1.9 μg mL-1, and 2.1 μg mL-1using DBDP for Ni, Cu, Zn, and Cd, respectively.

The presented procedure was applied to the determination of analytes in vegetable samples and water samples with successful results (recoveries greater than 97 %, R.S.D.s lower than 2.2 % for n = 3).
