Abstract EN

The objective of this study is the analysis of the weak form efficiency in the Gulf financial markets.In this analysis, we have taken all the six financial markets in the region .The study is divided into two main parts : The first looks for theoretical considerations of the market efficiency, whereas the second part is empical and looks for the analysis of weak form efficiency in the Gulf markets, the results show that during the period of study (09/05/2006-09/05/2007), except for Saudi Arabia, all Gulf markets have a weak form efficiency.Keywords: The weak form efficiency of market- information- the Gulf financial markets- co- integration.
