Abstract EN

The importance of this research is represented by many matters, first of all is that the pray is one of the most important worships in the Islamic law (Sharia) and many people do not pay attention thereof, secondly, many people do not consider the pray against others as a worship, therefore, in this regard, the Muslim should not exceed the limits determined by the Sharia, thirdly, many people have excess of pray against the unjust persons regardless of the Sharia provision.

This study includes an introduction, five themes; each is related to one side of the research, conclusion, index for references.

The introduction includes the topic importance and my research limits.

The first theme involves the legitimacy of pray against the unjust Muslim in terms of the origin, the second one underlines the pray against the unjust Muslim, to be injured in his life, the third theme sheds a light on the limit of pray against the unjust Muslim, to be injured in his life, the fourth theme in the pray against the unjust Muslim to be injured in his religious life, and the fifth one about the loud pray against the unjust Muslim.
