Abstract EN

This paper presents a brief study of the forbidden procrastination, its meanings and provisions from a social-jurisprudential point of view.

Also it exposes the causes and damages, displaying its provisions in Fiqh, and providing legal suggestions to reduce it.

The research asserts the scholars’ decision regarding the distinction between what is forbidden and what is allowed.

The research shows that weak faith is the most important reason of procrastination.

Moreover it shows that it leads to great economic losses, and to the loss of confidence among people.

The paper shows the bad characteristics of the procrastinator and procrastination.

The study concludes that the right holder has the right to take it even by force.

The paper provides some legal suggestions to deal with the problem of forbidden procrastination; these suggestions have come in the form of legal articles concluded the study.
