This research aims to shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of corporate governance frameworks in Algeria and Egypt (Charter of the good governance of the institution in Algeria, user rules and standards of corporate governance Arab Republic of Egypt) as compared to the principles of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
