Abstract EN

This article highlights the functions performed by seaports, especialy those functions related to the scope of operations of loading and unloading grain cariers.

The study begins with a brief review of the international standards ISO901.

Then the paper shows the importance of ISO quality system to seaport operations, and unravels its adverse implications when the system is misused.

By aplying the ISO900 standards methodology to the port of Anaba, the study seks to improve the efectivenes of this facilty through a rationalization of its grain transportation chain.

Cet article a pour but de faire une synthèse des fonctions asurées par les ports maritmes,plus spécifquement dans la zone commerciale, liées aux opérations de chargement et déchargement des céréaliers.

Après avoir défini le référentiel ISO 901, nous examinerons son rôle et son importance dans l’exploitation portuaire, pour ensuite, décrire ce qui se pase lorsqu’il est mal géré.

L’aproche méthodologique adoptée, vise à améliorer l’eficacité de l’infrastructure du port de Anaba, et à rationaliser la chaine de transport des céréales à l’importation, en répartisant les diférents taches entre ses unités d’exploitation; de façon que les céréaliers reçoivent le traitement le mieux aproprié avec un raport cout/ service, ausi bas que posible.
