Abstract EN

This study investigates the properties of the aplications of document computer science in each web site, researching center of scientifc and technical information and the national library of Algeria.

It aseses the level of these aplications in quality and quantiy .this depends on droping seven axes, chosen for evaluation, with are: data base, digitalization, electronic publishing, security of information, cybernetics, hypertexts ,document retrieval soft ware, electronics records management, information and linguistic enginering and data interfaces.

this research shows that the use of techniques of document computer science in web sites of researching center of scientifc and technical information is widely aplied and with a high level in both quality and quantiy, whereas its aplication in the electronic web site of the national library of Algeria is low in both quality and quantiy.

Furthermore, the study proposes a set of sugestions dealing with both electronic sites.

Each one depends on its signifcant and evaluating the outcome, in order to improve and evolve techniques of document computer science in web sites.
