Abstract FRE

The Current Research aims at finding a clear-cut of the reasons and causes of Iraqi Traffic Chaos، That they have been formed in eight basic Problems which their motives as follows:- 1-The Compulsory Control.

2-Disorder of the Urban design.

3-The hard living situation of the whole Iraqi Society.

4-The ignorance of the Public and traffic cultures.

5-The Problematic ness of the traffic man.

6-The Damage of the ground of the traffic street.

7-The weakness of impatience Trait and increasing of desire of violating on the traffic system for generalize Iraqi Personality.

8-The Military operations in Iraq.

The substance of these Problems have been content by open questionnaire done on sample of the students of the university of Mosul their number (2000)male and female students during the academic year (2006-2007).Then the problems adopted making an objective measure tool which has a validity and reliability to evaluate the general level in the direct effect of this chaos on the mental health for the students whose total number (1504) male and female students .

Findings indicated a significant indication on the passive effect of chaos on the mental health for the students and investigation.

Additionally، the significance difference for gender variable (malefemale) in favor of male of the effect In the light of these results obtained، the researcher has attained a number of conclusions، recommendations and suggestions of which suitable.
