التطورات التنظيمية في الحزب الشيوعي العراقي 1949-1955

Abstract EN

The academic studies, during 1949-1955, focused on specifying the concept & aims of Marxism which formed the guidance and the framework for work, activities and relationships of ICP.

Also, those studies concentrated on ICP standing concerning the whole political, economical, social and intellectual issues.

In additions, the ICP standing as regarding the successive Iraqi governments was taken into consideration.

The said studies ignored the ICP organizational developments during that period, we believe, for many reasons.

On the one hand, it was difficult to talk about such developments and due to the lack of documents on the other hand.

Thus, we take upon ourselves the responsibility to study this matter after having gained a great deal of such documents.

This study comes out with the fact that though the communists were terribly shocked, by Fahad's tragic death besides the disturbance of the security forces, they firmly went on their political practice regardless of the dangers that could cost them their lives.

Consequently, they encountered some problems and got confused, but they successfully overcome all such difficulties.

They continued forming their organizational life by forming committees, holding conferences.

The ICP organizational development, dealt with in this study, is considered as complementary part of the previous studies and a step leading to the later organizational developments of ICP.
