These groups have got special importance through its connection with Ottoman Sultans and the elite classes.

This has pushed people to be under its domain.

When the contemporary secular Turkish republic has been established, within its philosophy was the call to separate religion from politics and more than that it wanted to isolate the religious aspect and its effect on the whole society.

Sufi methods were one of the directions which Suffered from the hostile attacks against Islam and its doctrine These groups were against these directions reaching the stage in Turkey a political change exploring its activities to serve the Moslem individual.

Finally, it was able to affect directly or indirectly on the mechanism of the political decision through some elites which reached the high positions in the state.
