استهدفت البحث تقدير المتطلبات التعليمية و التدريبية للفلاحين في محافظة التأميم في مجال استخدام و صيانة منظومات الري بالرش المحورية، تم تحديد التباين في هذه المتطلبات وفقا لبعض العوامل و تحديد العلاقة بينهما و بين جملة العوامل المستقلة.
شملت عينة 142 فلاحا يمثلون 60 % من إجمالي عدد الفلاحين المستخدمين لهذه المنظومات.
و تم جمع البيانات بالإفادة من استمارة استبيان أعدت خصيصا لتقدير المتطلبات التعليمية و التدريبية باستخدام معادلة بوريك Borich.
و بعد التأكد من الصدق الظاهري و صدق المحتوى للأداة، تم قياس الثبات بطريقة التجزئة النصفية، و بعد جمع البيانات استخدم تحليل التباين و الانحدار متعدد المراحل لتحليل البيانات.
و أوضحت النتائج أن 94 % من الفلاحين يحتاجون إلى التعليم و التدريب بدرجة متوسطة إلى كبيرة، و أنه توجد فروق معنوية في متوسط المتطلبات التعليمية و التدريبية للفلاحين وفقا للعوامل الآتية : المستوى التعليمي و عدد أشهر استخدام المنظومة و الدخل السنوي و حجم الحيازة المزرعية و مستوى الاتصال بمصادر المعلومات، في حين لا توجد فروق معنوية وفقا للمعايير الاجتماعية و الاستعداد للتغيير.
كما تبين أن عامل (عدد أشهر استخدام المنظومة) هو الأكثر إسهاما في تفسير التباين في المتطلبات التعليمية و التدريبية، كما توصل البحث إلى بعض الاستنتاجات أهمها أن مستوى معلومات ومهارات الفلاحين في مجال استخدام و صيانة منظومات الري بالرش المحورية منخفض و أنه توجد بعض العوامل التي قد تؤدي إلى التباين في المتطلبات التعليمية و التدريبية للفلاحين ينبغي أخذها بنظر الاعتبار، و أوصى الباحثان بضرورة إعداد البرامج التدريبية للفلاحين على أساس حاجاتهم المحددة بشكل علمي و موضوعي و مراعاة العوامل التي ترتبط بهذه الحاجات.
Abstract EN
The main objectives of this research are to assess the educational and training requirements of farmers in Al-Ta’mim governorate in the field of using and maintaining the center pivot sprinkler irrigation systems and identifying the differences between these requirements according to some independent factors.
The research sample consisted of 142 farmers representing 60 % of the total number of farmers who were using these systems.
The data was collected through a questionnaire form and utilizing the Borich equation.
After testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the data acquisition commenced through personal interview, the data then were analyzed by using analysis of variance and step-wise regression analysis.
The results showed that 94 % of farmers require medium to high levels of education and training and that there are significant differences in these requirements according to: educational level, number of months of utilizing the system, annual income, size of holding, and communication level with information sources.
Yet, there are no significant differences according to readiness to change and social norms.
It is also found that the (number of months of utilizing the system) is the most contributing factor in the interpretation of the variance of the educational and training requirements.
