Due thanks to Allah and peace be upon his prophet Mohammad his household and companions.

Doubtless, the main reason for the development of sciences in Arabic has been the book of Allah.Syntax is one of the most important sciences that showed up to serve the language of Quran in the analysis of its structure and clarifying its meaning in order to know its rules and aims .The language of Arabs has come in its glory and highest picture of eloquence in Quranic texts.

Thus Arabic eloquence is symbolized in this text in its highest levels.

That is why its language represents the top of what Arabic has of cleverness.

In building Quran words, structure and the semantics of each of them.

This sacred text has remained endless and a scientific source for researchers throughout the ages.

Naturally this will lead any investigator to go deep in his language and continue meditation in its material whether letters or words or structures.

This study intend to search the form ( la garama ) in the language of Quran in an analytical and syntactic study.

This is worth studying What makes the researcher take the form and go deeply in it is the different and varied opinions of Arabic scholars in studying its meaning and parse.

The basis of this research is to take the opinions of these scholars into discussion and analysis.

It starts with explaining this material in language .Then it discusses the material under investigation under different topics ( la garama bayna al-ismya wa al-fa’lya ) where some grammarians have considered the material as verbal and others have considered it nominal .These two opinions have their effect in the meaning and parse of this material .

Then the study explains the five positions where this material has been found in Quran .It tries to clarify the meanings of these texts depending on the opinions of Interpretation Scholars in its semantics .Their sayings should be mentioned to reach the results of the research by investigating the nature of the meaning common among these texts of this material.

It ends with a closure of opinions and conclusion that that give rise to the study .
