توضح هذه الدراسة طبيعة العلاقة التركية-الإيطالية خلال السنوات (1928-1938) التي شهدت بعض التحسن من خلال التوقيع على اتفاقية الصداقة و الحياد و التحكيم في 30 أيار 1928، و من ثم الاتفاقية التجارية في نيسان 1934، لكن ذلك التحسن لم يستمر طويلا، بسبب المطامع التوسعية الإيطالية في شرقي البحر المتوسط، و بخاصة الأجزاء الجنوبية الغربية من تركيا، و عدم تلبية إيطاليا الدعوة التي وجهتها إليها تركيا بالحضور إلى مؤتمر دولي لإعادة النظر في مسألة المضائق التركية.
Abstract EN
This Study explains the nature of Turksh-Italian relationship during (1828-1938).
Which Witnessed some improvement through the signing aribitration neutrality friendship agreement in 30 ,May, 1928,followed by commercial agreement in April,1934, But this situation didn't continue for a long time, because of the Italian expansion ambitions in the eastern regions of Mediterranean Sea especially the south western Parts of Turkey.
Also Italy didn’t agree the invitatition for participating in an international conference to review the Turkish straits problem.
