PhD Amir Shakir Abd AL Janabi Al Tarmithi was the only one who owned agroup of Hadiths which he said that they are the saying of general jurists (Faqih), after they verified,, it was clear that four of them about purification and one about praying,, and the search studied them juristically and analytically, showing their legal, discussing their spell and clearing their meanings.
