Abstract EN

This theoretical research aims to explain the nature of emotions through the identification of views and positions of some Russian psychologists and their role examining of this mental process.

To achieve this, the researcher reviewed the published Russian psychological research that is directly related to the research variables, using the qualitative approach based on analysis of the content.

After translating and analyzing the contents of the Russian sychological theories which dealt with the explanation of the nature of emotions, the researcher adopts the Russian psychologists holistic systematical approach - the total based on physiological – social cognitive basics in the interpretation of the nature of emotions.
