The study sheds light on the modern crimes which are said to be the result of technological explosion which caused social structure to be no longer bound by time and place privacy.

This has caused perpetrators of such crimes to be multinational and caused crimes to be of high cost when compared with traditional ones.

This has also led to the absence of legal articles addressing such crimes as well as legal social combatting mechanisms on both local and international levels.

Such crimes reared their ugly head as a result of globalization, mass media, internet and social networking sites in addition to the soaring rates of migration; absence of laws that criminalizing such crimes and determining appropriate penalties for their perpetrators.

Such crimes emerged also because of the alarming increase of internal disputes and various forms of social violence.

Such crimes negatively impact all spheres , including sovereignty of countries, a matter that make it incumbent upon us to take all security measures to address them.

Rules should be enacted to put a curb on such crimes and their perpetrators.
