تمــت دراســة تــأثير مستخلصــات الزنجبيــل Zingiber offcinale المــائي و الكحــولي و كــذلك الزيـــوت الأساســـيةEssential oil علـى 6 عـزلات مـن الجرثومـة الحلزونيـة Helicobacter pylori و قـد أبـدت المستخلصـات المـائي و الكحولي ضد عزلات الجرثومة تـراوح تأثيرا قطـر منطقـة التثبـيط بـين (18 – 15) ملـم بتركيـز 400 ملغـم/ مـل، بينمـا تثبيطيا أعلــى تراوح أعطـت الزيــوت الأساسـية تـأثيرا ت أقطـاره بــين (24 – 20) ملـم بتركيـز 250 ملغـم / مــل.
أمــا التركيـز تثبيطيـا المثبط الأدنى MIC للزيوت الأساسية فقد تراوح بين (400– 250) ملغم / مل، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن تأثير المستخلصات لتأثير و كان مقاربا المضادات الحيوية Tetracycline و Erythromycine Kanamycin.
Abstract EN
In this study, the antimicrobial effect of aqueous alcoholic extract and essential oils extract of Zingiber offcinale were assayed against six isolates of Helicobacter pylori.
The crude extracts gave activity against the tested isolates by the range from 15-18 mm, while the essential oils gave activity higher than crude extract by the range from 20 – 24 mm.
The MIC was determinate by the range from 250 – 400 mg/ml.
also the sensitivity was tested towards a number of common antibiotics, the results showed that the Zingiber offcinale have activity near the antibiotics.
