اختبر تأثير المستخلص المائي و الكحولي لنوع من الطحالب و التي تعود إلى شعبة من الطحالب الخضراء حيث استخدم طحلب Mougeotia sp.
لتثبيط النمو البكتيري لثلاثة.
أنواع من البكتيريا السالبة و الموجبة لصبغة كرام هي Pseudomonas aeruoginosa و Escherichia coli و Klebsiella pneumoniae حيث استخدم جهاز GC.
Mass لكشف عن العديد من المركبات الفعالة للمستخلص الكحولي لنوع من الطحالب و منها المركب 1, 2, Phosphoric acid, dipentyl ethyl ester Benzenedicarboxylic acid, dieth ester و 1-pheny1 1-2- 1-Hydroxy propanone الموجودة في طحلب Mougeotia sp.
و التي قامت بتثبيط النمو البكتيري.
حيث سجلت أعلى نسبة تثبيط بعد مرور 48 ساعة بالنسبة لطحلب Mougeatia sp.
29.5 مليمتر للبكتريا و Escherichia coli 32.5 مليمتر للبكتريا Pseudomonas aeruoginosa و 30 مليمتر لبكتريا Klebsiella pneumonia أما بالنسبة للمستخلص.
المائي حيث سجلت أعلى نسبة تثبيط لطحلب ال Mougeotia sp.
بعد مرور 72 ساعة و كانت 14.2 مليمتر لبكتريا Escherichia coli و 15 مليمتر لبكتريا Pseudomonas aeruoginosa و 14.3 مليمتر لبكتريا Klebsiella pneumonia

The effect of aqueous and alcoholic extracts which have been tasted for one algae which belong to chlorophyta phylum Mougeotia sp.
Algae which have been used for inhibition of bacterial growth for three species of negative and positive bacteria Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruoginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Mss system which has been used for detecting many activity compound in alcoholic extracts for one algae such as ( Phosphoric acid dipentyl ethyl ester ), ( 1,2–Benzenedicarboxylic acid, diethlester ) activity compounds in algae Mougeotia sp.
Which inhibit bacterial growth has recorded the highest percentage inhibition after 48 hour 29.5 mm Escherichia coli, 32.5 mm for Pseudomonas aeruoginosa ,and 30 for Klebsiella pneumoniae as well as to aqueous extract the high ratio which recorded for Mougeotia sp.
algae the high ratio which recorded after 72 hour 14.2 mm for Escherichia coli, 15 mm for Pseudomonas aeruoginosaand 14.3 mm for Klebsiella pneumoniae.
