Abstract EN

This research deals with search for the origins and historical roots of the system of marriage in Mesopotamiya.

The roots resulted in introducing leaol laws which came brilliant to the following generations.

The most important laws are the contract of complete and incomplete marriage between the parties of the marriage or their parebts in addition to the sacred marriage in old Iraq.

That marriage was an important one with private state in summer and Babylon.

Those ceremonies were held once every year.

They were established on laws and bases regording the sum and gifts of marriage.

That marriage was colled (Bilnaditum, Shokem) .

In this research appears financial operation of buying and fixed selling in each case of those origins and roots indirectly.
