The idea of equality between men came out of the womb of the tragedy that was experienced by Western women under the laws and regulations masculinity that oppress women, and cast doubt on her humanity.

Arisen ideas and groups called for justice for women and giving them their usurped rights.

With the passage of time these groups deviated out of line, and radicalized in their demands, even become advocates applying absolute equality between men and women, although this problem was Western prerogative but it was issued to our society, associations and organizations were created, and they have exploited all the capabilities, for fueling conflict between the sexes, and the dismantling of the family, and wasting Youth.

The idea of equality which is called by radical feminist organizations means uniformity and equality in all rights and duties and without taking into account the provisions of the physical differences, hormonal, and psychological gender.

In order to embody this idea seminars and conferences were held, and covenants and agreements were recorded, notably: CEDAW, the Cairo Conference, the Beijing Conference, and others.

If we look at what resulted from these conferences, it can be seen that it exceeded ceiling of women's demands, but it exceeded women affairs, to family affairs and society entity, political affairs, and the states sovereignty even as it exceeded all religions, traditions and customs of all societies.

And unrealistic idea of equality stems from ignoring the enormous physical, hormonal, and psychological disparities between men and women, which in turn affect the distribution of life roles, legitimate and legal provisions relating to each one of them.

There is no doubt that this call has risks and cons in many ways and on several levels, appeared mostly in communities that took place under the influence and tempted behind their agenda.

As in our societies.

Islam has been a fair guarantor to the rights of women and protected them from injustice, through legislation of realistic provisions consistent with their physical structure, as it is compatible with their Social status, and under that Islam equated between men and women in many of the provisions, depending on the points and commonalities between them, and distinguished between them in some provisions taking into account the differences existing between them.

I stated and studied all these issues in details in this research according to legitimate scientific, legal, and realistic basis.
