Abstract EN

This research aimed to recognize the role of security bodies in applying human wrights standards in Jordan" , where the necessary rise to keep balance between the necessity to keep public society order and the impose to save citizens wrights, the researchers use statistical descriptive method to prepare the study.

The study found many results: 1.

Human rights and freedom have been authorize by religions and protected by constitutions and laws, as its not allow in any way to violation or restrict it except when its permissible by law .

2.

all security bodies in Jordan hang on to protect rights and freedom in compliance with royal directions, and accord with legal and ethical obligations that required by international agreements.

3.

Gendarmes and public security directorate depend on many worth in doing its duties specially respecting human rights in every time and place.

The study recommended with: good treating community members, dealing them with calm and patience, respond their demands if possible doing security duties perfectly, without transcendence and assuring on respect general rights and freedom, put internal programs in all Gendarmes and public security directorate departments include; recognizing their stuffs about citizens political and civil rights.
