Abstract EN

There are some of criticisms have been directing of the Court of Jordanian police, is that the police court where there is no sufficient guarantees of a fair trial, so the researcher prepared this study objectively and without bias, so that the student can learn the advantages and disadvantages of fair trial guarantees in the Police Court in accordance with international standards, especially as the researcher worked as a judge in the Police Court five years ago.

The researcher of this study safeguards in the pre-trial stage briefly in the introduction to the study, then the researcher guarantees in the court in detail through the three sections; one for guarantees in the formation of the police court, the second on the guarantees in the proceedings in the Court, the third for defense guarantees, and in the conclusion of the results of this study, the researcher and recommendations proposed.
