During our study for the Holy Quran, Sunna and Islamic Jurisprudence, we find that these resources have not only organized the relationship between the ruler and the ruled but they have concentrated on the protection of human from his self and his desires, so the research on human rights demand the declaring of Islamic legislation toward these rights by comparing between these rights and the principles which have been justified by international law.
This thesis has included a reply to the fraudulent Sayers on Islamic and falsifying their conclusion through the usages of Islamic jurist for the word ((right)) and what has been subdivided from it about the meaning of steadiness and obligation.
The rights can be mutual principals among all religions, sects and positive laws some sects, religion customs or positive laws can specify some special rights but the most majority rights can be mutual for the all.
