Abstract EN

The poetic phenomenon known as "Run-on Line" is regarded as a prominent rhythmical phenomenon in the poetic text of Al-A'sha.

Through this phenomenon, he could express his powerful passions and his strong feelings towards life and death.

In fact his poetry is characterized by creativity which enables him to express such ultimate sentiments.

The study also tackles the concomitant relations between run-on line, rhythm, rhyme, repetition, linguistic phenomena and poetic images which combine well to express the poetic experience of the poet.
