التربية الوقائية في مواجهة الانفتاح العالمي الثقافي و الإعلامي

Arabic Abstract

إن العالم اليوم يواجه تحديات فكرية و حضارية هائلة ؛ لما يشهده من تطورات متلاحقة في مجال تكنولوجيا الاتصال و ثورة المعلومات و انفتاح الحضارات في زمن أطلق عليه عصر السماوات المفتوحة.

فبرزت إشكاليات جديدة و تحديات غير مسبوقة، تتعلق بالقيم و أنماط السلوك المختلفة، في إطار حضاري شديد التباين بين دول تملك و تهيمن و دول فقيرة مغلوبة على أمرها.

و هذه الدراسة تناولت موضوع التربية الوقائية في ظل هذا النمو الهائل في حجم المعلومات و وسائل الاتصال الجماهيري و التوسع الفكري، بغرض نقل أفراد الأمة-خاصة التربويين منهم-إلى الجانب الإيجابي من هذا الانفتاح الحضاري، و معرفة السبل لتسخيره و تطويعه لخدمة هذه الأمة، و إيجاد آلية لعرض الفكر التربوي الإسلامي وأهدافه النبيلة من خلال هذه الوسائل الحديثة، حتى تضمن وقاية الشباب من سلبيات هذا الانفتاح، و تعمل على تسليحهم لمواجهة هذه التحديات الفكرية و الغزو الثقافي.

و قد اتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج التاريخي في تتبع مراحل تطورات الانفتاح العالمي، و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل ما أسفر عنه هذا الانفتاح، مقسما هذه الدراسة إلى ستة فصول، جاءت مواضيعها على النحو التالي : الفصل الأول : و هو عبارة عن تمهيد لهذه الدراسة.

أما الفصل الثاني فقد تضمن مبحثين ؛ تناول الأول الإطار النظري للدراسة مشيرا إلى النقاط ذات الصلة بموضوع الانفتاح، كالعولمة الثقافية-حوار الحضارات-الانفتاح الحضاري و الالتزام الخلقي، و تناول المبحث الثاني الدراسات السابقة في جال البحث (سودانية و عربية و أجنبية) أما الفصل الثالث، فقد تناول مفهوم الانفتاح العالمي و سلبيات هذا الانفتاح ؛ مركزا على : أثر العولمة و الغزو الفكري-خطر هيمنة اليهود على وسائل الإعلام-القنوات الفضائية و غياب القيم الخلقية-المرأة المسلمة أمام دعوات التحرير.

كما تناول هذا الفصل بعض الجوانب الإيجابية لهذا الانفتاح مركزا على نشر المعرفة و تبليغ دين الله و نشره في الآفاق و سهولة التواصل الثقافي (بتحفظ) كما أشار إلى الفوائد العلمية في جانب الطب و ما وصل إليه من إجراء عمليات جراحية بواسطة تواصل مباشر عبر الأقمار الاصطناعية و غير ذلك من الفوائد.

أما الفصل الرابع فقد تناول فيه الباحث مفهوم التربية الوقائية و منزلتها من التربية الإسلامية، و أهم أهدافها و خصائصها، كما تعرض إلى مصادر هذه التربية و مجالاتها.

و في الفصل الخامس ؛ تناول الباحث الجانب التطبيقي للتربية الوقائية في ظل هذا الانفتاح مركزا على دور أهم المؤسسات التربوية (الأسرة-المسجد-المدرسة-وسائل الإعلام) كما تناول فيه الباحث أهم الخطط و الأساليب لمواجهة هذا الغزو الثقافي و الإعلامي، و من ضمنها : تفعيل جانب القدوة، تربية المتعلمين على الالتزام بالدين لتكوين الحصانة اللازمة للأجيال، و غير ذلك من الأساليب.

و قد أسفرت هذه الدراسة عن عدة نتائج، من أهمها : أ / الثقة المطلقة التي لا تقف عند حد ؛ أن بين يدي هذه الأمة أعظم منهج يهدي للتي هي أقوم في كل المجالات دين و دنيا.

ب / حاجة العالم و الإنسانية جمعا لهذا المنهج لتكتمل لها السعادة و الأمان و الوقاية من جميع الآفات التي تكدر صفو العيش.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بجملة من الوصايا و المقترحات منها : عناية الأمة المسلمة-بكل أفرادها و مؤسساتها-بمنهج الوقاية قبل العلاج، و أخذ الحيطة و الحذر مما يخطط له الأعداء سواء كانوا كفار صرحاء أو ممن يلبسون الإسلام شعارا، و يندسون بين المسلمين.

كما أوصت الدراسة ؛ بجعل التربية الوقائية مادة تدرس ضمن مقررات المدارس و الجامعات، كما أشار الباحث في نهاية هذه الدراسة إلى بعض المقترحات الجديرة بالبحث و الدراسة لطلاب الدراسات العليا ليساهموا بها في إثراء هذا المجال التربوي الوقائي الذي غاب عن الساحة التربوية رغم أهميته و أثره الفعال، ومن هذه المقترحات : - التربية الوقائية في القرآن الكريم.

- التربية الوقائية من خلال السيرة النبوية.

- مناهجنا الدراسية بين متطلبات التربية الإسلامية و وسائل الانفتاح العالمي.

و غيرها من المقترحات.

(و الله من وراء القصد و هو يهدي السبيل).

English Abstract

In the view of the continual progress in the field of telecommunications technology, information revolution and interpenetration among the various civilizations, the world today is facing huge ideological and cultural challenges, in a stage so called the era of the opening spaces.

Such situation has caused the appearance of new difficulties and unmatched challenges concerning values and other conduct patterns in the world of the varied cultures between the dominant countries on one side and the defeated poor countries on the other side. This research is focusing on the precautionary education in the context of the great growth of information, mass media and ideological expansion; with intend to draw the attention of the nation, namely the educationalist, to the positive aspects of such cultural liberalization.

My concern is to utilize such progress for our nation by finding out the required mechanism for presenting the Islamic educational ideology and its noble goals through such modern means, in order to protect our generation from negative aspects of such liberalization, and to equip them for facing such ideological challenges and cultural invasion. In his research, researcher has follows the historical method, for tracking stages of the worldwide liberalization, and analytic description method for analyzing the consequences of such liberalization.

However, subjects of the research have been divided into six chapters, as per the followings: CHAPER ONE: Introduction. CHAPTER TWO contains two sections, the First Section studies the points related to liberalization such as cultural globalization, dialogue of civilizations, cultural liberalization and moral obligations.

CHAPTER THREE discusses the meaning of global liberalization and the negative consequences of such liberalization with concentration on globalization and ideological invasion, impact of Jewish domination of mass media, satellites and absence of moral values and Muslim woman against liberalization campaign. The Chapter also reviews some positive aspects for liberalization, such as spreading of knowledge, propagation for Islamic religion and facilitating cultural intercommunications (with reservation).

I have also pointed out the scientific advantages in the field of medicine by enabling undergoing surgical operations through satellites in addition to other benefits. CHAPTER FOUR discusses the concept of the precautionary education and its importance in the Islamic education, in addition to its aims and features; we reviewed also the sources of such education and its fields. In CHAPTER FIVE, researcher has treated the applied precautionary education in the light of liberalization focusing on the role of the educational organization i.e.

the family, Masjid, school and mass media. Researcher also has indicated the suitable means and plans for facing such invasion, such as presenting ideal leader characters, encouraging the educated people to respect the Islamic traditions to give the required protection for our generation in addition to other means of protection. Researcher has come out with so many findings, such as: a.

We believe that Islam is the best method for the human being in this life and in the next. b.

The needful of the world as well as humanity for Islam to achieve prosperity, safety and protection from every thing may affect the human life. Researcher provides many recommendations and proposals in this respect, such as: the nation should be careful, as prevention is better than cure, and we should be aware of what our enemies are planning against our nation. We also recommend including the precautionary education in the method of schools and universities.

At the end of study, researcher lay out some valuable proposals for post graduate students to contribute in the field of precautionary education for subjects have been absent from educational agenda despite of its importance.

Precautionary education in the light of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) traditions. 3.
