Holy Quran seminars can be seen as educational schools which are important and specialized, in raising generations on quranic manners, and concepts, that, what make these seminars very important in our education.

For these reasons, we introduce this paper to contribute in achieving these good goals.

The paper discusses the efforts of researchers in E-learning education field to serve the holy Quran learning process.

The paper suggests construction and designation of E-learning system to follow and evaluate student performance in seminars through the internet, in which parents and teachers can follow, and evaluate their student levels.

The E-learning site finds other services which are useful, as the ability of registering students who want to link with seminars that may occur by filling in models of Tahfeez, and how to keep holy Quran by heart, reading, intonation, and explanation rules.

The site also contains sound library and most famous Islamic sites.

Students, teachers, supervisors and parents can take the benefit of this suggested system, by that they can follow and evaluate their student performance, and give them care in order to achieve their knowledge level.

The system also gives the possibility of information management easily for supervisors, and facilitate managerial and communication processes, which saves time and efforts.

This may encourage and push towards active systems in keeping the holy Quran seminary for what it has of good benefits for all.
