The process of evaluating website is a difficult task, because of the lack of an internationally agreed system.

But there are many attempts which allow giving quantitative and qualitative evaluation.

Thus, in this article and based on the diagnosis of the website performance indicators, we will attempt to determine the quality of Ouargla university website.

The important results show that the website got on medium assessment, in spite of the great efforts from who are charged of it.

This assessment is a quantum leap to what it was previously.

This, of course, it will stimulate those responsible to make more improvement and development in order to perform better online services.
