Abstract EN

Tracing back the issue over the various stages of humankind's history, the study raises homicide or murder crime via two dimensions; historical and religious.

In the historical one the study traces back the phenomenon in the course of history.

However the religious dimension sets forth how the three religions (Islam, Christianity and Judaism) view Homicide.

Deeming it a separate issue needs to be handled comprehensively and exhaustively, the study purposely excluded the legal dimension.

The study endeavors to provide answers for 3 questions: Is Homicide the cause, or consequence for the contemporary man's crisis?, How do divine books view drives of Homicide?, and lastly What is the penalty of the murderer according to the three religions, and Does it(the penalty) tally with today's type of crimes.

The study arrived at the fact that homicide or murder crime was not the cause of Contemporary Mans' crisis but rather an accompanying action through the course of social life.

However, allaying social, economic and human burdens that weigh down modem man's back will unquestionably slash rates of murder crimes.
