The research aims at showing the importance of electronics and the necessity of getting and utilizing them especially in our information age.

The amount of electronic used in the country is a good indicator of industrial and technical development there.

The developing counties, including the Arab states have to choice in withdrawing from this age.

Besides they surrender to the foreign cultural invasion.

Interacting with other cultures is the positive alternative by prohabilitating self-confidence.

This requires the basics of interaction though self motivation to push back the frontiers of creation, invention, and through self-cultural immunity.

The basis of these are faith and reason which constitute the corner stone of the age information and knowledge which were isolate form fairh and become a machinery mind performing technical functions.
