البحث في العلاقة بين الدولة و المواطن، حيث التطلع نحو الخير العام، إنه المسعى نحو توكيد الممارسة في العمل السياسي، من خلال تركيز مسار العلاقة بين القانون و السياسة.
و إذا كانت السلطة تقوم على الرعاية للمواطن باعتبار التطبيقات المباشرة، فإن مفهوم السيادة إنما يقوم على العلاقة بين الشكل الذي تكون عليه الدولة، و الانسجام الذي يميز فعالياتها.
Abstract EN
Research in the relationship between the state and the citizen, where to look towards the public interest, that endeavor to underpin practice in political action, through the focus of the course of the relationship between law and politics.
If the power is based on the care of the citizen as direct applications, the concept of sovereignty is based on the relationship between the form be the state, and harmony that characterized the events.
