Arabic Abstract

تحدثت في هذا البحث عن مشروعية التعدد في الإسلام، و حكمه، والحكمة منه، و شرطه، و دواعيه، و الشبهات التي أثيرت حوله، و قد رددت عليها، كما تحدثت عن فوائد تعدد الزوجات، و موانعه و مساوئه، و خلصت إلى أن التعدد كحكم شرعي ليس فيه مساوئ، و إن المساوئ التي لحقت به سببها سوء تطبيق نظام التعدد، ثم تناولت التعدد في الديانات السابقة للإسلام كاليهودية و النصرانية، و الديانات الوثنية، و ذكرت أن التعدد مباح قبل الإسلام دون شرط أو قيد، وأن الإسلام أضفى عليه قدسية العدل و العدد، التي تحفظ كرامة المرأة، ثم بينت الأسباب التي أدت بهم إلى منع التعدد، ثم ذكرت نظرة الغرب و نقصد به غير المسلم في تعدد الزوجات، و المؤتمرات التي عقدتها الأمم المتحدة بشأن المرأة ، و بينت الآثار السلبية على المجتمعات الإسلامية لهذه المؤتمرات، ثم وضعت بعض المعالجات لها من خلال منظور إسلامي، كما تحدثت عن موقف بعض القوانين الوضعية في الدول الإسلامية التي منعت أو حددت تعدد الزوجات، مبينا تعديها السافر على حدود الله، و هي بوق للغرب من خلال ذلك، و من ثم تحدثت عن معالجة الإسلام للظواهـر السلبية للتعدد، من خلال معالجته للخلافات الزوجية، و الغيرة التي تحدث بين الضرائر و الخطوات التي ينبغي إتباعها في ذلك، ثم تحدثت عن ضوابط العدل بين الزوجات بأنواعه من خلال منظور شرعي، ثم وجهت دعوة للمعددين بالتزام القيم و الضوابط الإسلامية في التعدد، و ذكرت بعض نماذج واقعية للتعدد الناجح والفاشل، ثم بينت الجهود الدعوية التي ينبغي أن يقوم بها المعدد بين زوجاته و أولاده، متحريا في ذلك طاعة ربه و هدي بينه صلى الله عليه و سلم، و كذلك دور النساء المجتمعات تحت زوج واحد.

ثم ختمت البحث بنتائج و توصيات التي عالجت الموضوع بشفافية و وضعت رؤيا لكل من يدخل مضمار التعدد.

English Abstract

This research talks about Multi-Legislation in Islam and it's rules, wisdoms, conditions, targets and suspicions which said about it more and more, also it talks about benefits of Multi-wives and it's barriers and sins, the multiplity as the legislative rule has not sins but, mal application the system of Multiplity is sin, then the research talked about multipility in previous Religions before Islam, Judaism, Christinity and other Idolatry Religions.

The Researcher mentioned the multipility permissible in Islam without any condition and obligation, the Islam put it in Holy Justice and the number that gave woman her dignity, then it presents the reasons which forbid the multipility, then he mentioned the view of the west that meant Non Muslims in multi-wives, and all conferences which held in United Nations, about the woman, and present the negative effects in Islamic societies of these conferences, then it put some treatments from through Islamic prospective, also it talked about attitude of some objective laws.

In Islamic States which united the Multi-wives, present bad amendment on God's Laws, it makes headache from the west from through that, then it talked about Islam treaty for negative features for multipility from through treaty for difference marriage and jealousy which happened among fellow wives, and the steps must be followed it, then the research talked about rules of justice among the wives and their sorts from through legislative perspective, then invited for Multiplity to oblige with values and Islamic adoptions in Multipility and mentioned some real models for success and unsuccess.

Multipility, then present Dawa efforts that must be taken in multi among wives and their sons as the God's obey, also the role of women societies under the singular husband.

Then He ended his research with results and recommendations which treated the subject in transparent, and put the view for everyone who needs to enter in field of Multipility wives.
