Abstract EN

This study investigated the role of kindergarten teachers in the development of creative thinking skills in children.

The results of the study revealed that there was interest of the kindergarten teachers in the development of childrenís creative thinking skills, and attention to the nature of work requirements.

Furthermore a set of actions was followed by kindergarten teachers in kindergartens Jerash Governorate to develop childrenís creative thinking skills, focusing on the development of skills excellence in thinking to develop children's ability to produce many ideas of the positions classified under the name of fluency, and implementation of a set of the kindergarten children, which can be classified under the name of flexibility.

The results showed that there is a set of proposals that kindergarten teachers should follow to address the constraints facing the development of creative thinking, including: providing a safe environment for children to feel reassured, and developing educational programs and curriculum.
