Abstract EN

The present research represents an exercise to identify the main currents of intellectual pollution.

Also, it enlightens on the resolution of this dilemma through individual services.

The present study is oriented to pursue multiple objectives.

Among the latter, the following stand decisive: - Analytical study of the repercussions stemming from intellectual pollution; - Identification of the channels leading to the dissemination of intellectual pollution among the youth; -Identification of the measures associated with individual services that reinforce countering of such pollution among the youth; and -Projecting a visualized role of the individual services in combating intellectual pollution among the youth through Behavioral Cognitive Theory.

The researcher, in the initial discourse, has presented a precise definition of intellectual pollution.

She asserts that it is identical to deviant thoughts, beliefs, values, behaviours, trends, and principles.

As a whole, such norms stand in sharp conflict with the prevailing values of the society.

Also, such deviant thoughts exercise negative and detrimental impact on the behaviours of the individuals.

Variant currents of intellectual pollution-extremism, terrorism, satanism, and atheism-are active.
