The tremendous scientific progress in all works of life man has gained induces him to think of the harm resulting from this pogress particularity that which effects man's milien where he lives.

He has recently become a ware of these risks and started enacting adhoc legislations and laws through whose applications he can preserve environment and protect it from all what he describes as criminal acts and through the sanctions he lies down, in addition to the regulations and uses enacted to hop fully achieve the legal protection of environment for the sake of preserving it.
