في الجزء الأول من هذه الدراسة تم تعريض بيض خنفساء الخابرا لبذور الذرة الصفراء معاملة بتراكيز مختلفة من العصية (Berliner) Bacillus thuringiensis و الفطرين Trichoderma (Rifia) harizanum و (Vuill) Beauveria bassiana ضد حشرة خنفساء الحبوب الشعرية (Everts) Trogoderma granarium المرباة على بذور الذرة الصفراء و أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثيرات فعالة في قتل أطوار الحشرة عن طريق تغطيس البذور في المعلقات الجرثومية للعوامل الإحيائية المذكورة.
وجد أن التراكيز 610 x 2 و 610 x 2 و 510 x 4 بوغ / مل كانت الأفضل في إحداث نسب قتل عالية لأطوار الحشرة حيث بلغت 92.5، 88 و 92.6 % خلال مدة أسبوع واحد و أسبوعين من المعاملة بالبكتيريا و الفطرين على التوالي.
في الجزء الثاني من هذه الدراسة تمت معاملة ثلاثة أنواع من الأكياس المستخدمة في حفظ البذور بالتراكيز المذكورة حيث وفرت حماية من الإصابة بالحشرة لمدة ستة أشهر مقارنة بالأكياس غير المعاملة و تبين أن أفضل الأكياس هي البولي فينايل كلورايد (P.V.C) مع وجود فروق معنوية في تأثير استخدام كل من البكتيريا و الفطرين كعوامل حياتية في مقاومة خنفساء الحبوب الشعرية على بذور الذرة الصفراء المخزونة.
Abstract EN
In the first part of this study the Khapra Beetle eggs were impacted to the corn seeds that treated with concentration 2 × 106 spore / ml of Bacillus thuringiensis (Berliner) and 2 × 106 spore/ml of Trichoderma harizanum (Rifia) and 4×105 spore/ml of Beauveria bassiana (Vuill), they were highly effective, the mortality percentages of this insect were 92.5, 88 and 92.6 % respectively.
In the second part of this study three kinds of sacks were treated with the same concentrations of the forenamed agents, the results showed that these agents can protect the corn seeds foon infestation by this insect for six months compared with that of untreated ones and the P.C.V.
