The Educational Effect of Equal Educational Opportunities Principle in Islamic Education The study is aimed at demonstrating the educational effect of equal educational opportunities principle in Islamic Education by answering the following questions: 1- What is the concept of equal education opportunities in Islamic Education? 2- What categories dose the equal educational opportunities principle include in Islamic Educational institutions? 3- What role do teachers have in the implementation of equal educational opportunities principle in Islamic Education? 4- What are the effects of equal educational opportunities principle in teaching institutions (Mosques.

Katateeb, and Schools)? 5- What are the effects of the implementation of equal educational opportunities principle on curriculum and society? The researcher used the inclusion approach by referring to the resources and references that are relevant to the study.

The conclusions of the study show that equal educational opportunities principle is based on the justice among people regardless of the differences amongst them.

So it offers them the opportunity of learning and its appropriate circumstances.

Also, it shows that there was an equality of learning opportunities in mosques, katateeb and schools.

The study recommends that it is neccssary for Islamic and Arabic Educational systems to adopt this principle and to implement it in their curriculum and textbooks with its aims, content, and different teaching approaches.
