Abstract EN

This project has been done to know the healt status of preschool children in Baghdad city and to know the bad food habits for thosechildren.

Results show that 8.3% of those children have diarrhea, 11.7% have respiratory infiction and 31.7% have intestinal parasite.

Results indicted that the percentage of stunting, under weight and wasting, in children have intestinal parasite was 10.5%, 12.8% and 21%.

These percentages are higher when compared with other children don't have intestinal parasite which reach 12%, 11% and 2.4%.

Also results showed spread of 30 type of bad food habits between children studied.

Higher range of these habits reached 1.84 with children prefer to eat sweets and pastries and lower range reached 1.11 with children don't prefer eat the food of preschool.
