Abstract EN

This study deals with the subject of the mistakes committed by certain narrators when they express the performance formula by changing the actual formula mentioned in the source.

It does not necessarily indicate to direct acquisition in another formula that indicates to direct acquisition such as replacing the term “according to” with the term “he told me”.

It forms a significant part of the science of cause for it has an impact on the issue of conjunction of the source and then to identify the authenticity or weakness of the Hadith.

The study has highlighted the fact that the cause has dealt with the performance formula “he told me” and “I heard” and the like formulas, which indicate to direct acquisition.

The study has shown the reasons for the narrators committing such types of mistakes as well as the methods adopted by the critics in revealing such types of causes and its effect on narrators and the establishment of company in addition to the juristic effects.

The conclusion include the most prominent results of the research.
