Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to construct an Epistemological, and analytical framework to reflect the distinctive relation between politics and public administration, and to design a new methodology for the behavioral and scientific dimensions of the relationship and propose certain indicators for the mutual interaction between them.

The study utilizes both descriptive and analytical methodology for answering the study questions.

The findings of the study are: Politics and public administration have distinguished principles that combines both fields rather than seperating them.

The relation between the disciplines of politics and public administration formulates a vital elements that has political, social and administrative dimensions.

A correct discovery of the mutual relationship would participate in bridging the negative gap between politics and public administration that may to the formulation of public policies that can be applicable.
